Okay, Saturday was kind of heartbreaking. I had this perfect-for-the-occasion Blue and Gold Hash for breakfast, hoping to see the greatest university in the world launch a football team to No. 1. Well, it didn't happen.
Anyway, this is just red flannel hash made with gold beets instead of red beets and blue potatoes instead of red potatoes.
